fix: restore the old CLI icon path

Overview

#79 moved the icon to comms-cli_512px.png and deleted icons/comms-cli.png. Published tdc versions (latest is 3.6.0) still send the old raw GitHub URL as logo_uri when they register, so every new registration since that merge stores a URL that returns 404, and Todoist never refreshes it. This puts the refreshed icon at the old path (same file as comms-cli_512px.png), so those registrations show the new icon. The fix: title cuts a release that ships the new LOGO_URI from #79.

The old file can go once a release carrying the new LOGO_URI has been out long enough that new registrations no longer use the old URL.

Test plan

1. Open https://raw.githubusercontent.com/doist/comms-cli/main/icons/comms-cli.png on main before this is merged.
   • It returns 404.
2. Open the same URL after this is merged.
   • The refreshed Comms CLI icon loads.
3. After the release, register a client with tdc auth login using a fresh config.
   • The consent screen shows the new icon.
