Backports guest-side fixes from next to the 0.5 line for 0.5.12.

The LUKS and mount-option changes are hand ports, because the surrounding code moved on next. The rest are cherry-pick -x with paths adjusted (os/common/rootfs maps to basefiles).

Tested: cargo test -p dstack-util (13 passed, new LUKS and include tests included), clippy, fmt.

Backport of #799 and #1280. The keyslot binary area must sit between the
two header copies and the encrypted payload; otherwise a host with raw
disk access could redirect where the key material is read from. The end
of the area is computed with checked_add so a wrapping size is rejected.
