The “Refresh flow with PKCE” section in the documentation was misleading. PKCE is part of the authorization code flow and does not apply to the refresh token grant itself. Example for refresh request using PKCE has been removed.

Summary
The “Refresh flow with PKCE” section in the documentation was misleading. PKCE is part of the authorization code flow and does not apply to the refresh token grant itself.
This PR removes the example for refresh request using PKCE.
