`pnpm test` in @cafe/frontend only ran the unit project, so neither it nor the root `pnpm test` ran the Playwright e2e suite, and the root had no test:e2e script. Frontend `test` now runs every vitest project; test:unit is the fast Story + Scene loop. The demo job installs Chromium because its recorded `pnpm test` now includes e2e. The recorded `pnpm test` now includes Playwright, so the demo got longer and the smallest GIF was 5.5 MB. Timelapse the test runs at 8x and add a smaller fallback encoding. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
