Slice of Extra-Chill/homeboy#15774.

Homeboy is deleting its code audit engine (review audit), the refactor command, and the findings-to-issue reconciler that powered homeboy-action's auto-issue/expected-commands inputs. Consumers run the latest Homeboy, so they must stop calling these before the Homeboy deletion lands.

Changes:

  • homeboy.yml: commands become review lint (drop review audit and the PR-only refactor lint). The refactor command is being deleted; lint autofix stays available locally as homeboy review lint data-machine --fix. CI never committed the refactor output, so this removes no gate.
  • Drop expected-commands from both reusable-workflow calls (homeboy.yml, homeboy-test.yml). It only fed the auto-issue reconciler and homeboy-action is removing the input; passing an undeclared input to a reusable workflow is a startup failure, so this must merge before the action change.
  • homeboy.json: remove the one-shot transforms entry (refactor transform config); the transform engine is being deleted. The lint baseline is untouched.

Verification: workflow/config diff only; homeboy.json parses as JSON; this PR's own CI exercises the updated commands.

AI assistance: implemented by Claude (Anthropic) via OpenCode, directed and reviewed by @chubes4.
