  Develop a full featured interface s.t. python workflows calling GEOSX functionality can be implemented without going through the `geosx::EventManager`. This will allow a python script author to develop a fully customizable workflow that benefits from GEOSX, but is not subject to organizing event sequencing in the `EventManager`
