This pull request updates the mechanism for controlling whether DaCe build files are kept after compilation, switching from the
DACE_compiler_build_folder_modeenvironment variable to a new flag,GT4PY_KEEP_DACE_BUILD_FILES.This change was needed to comply with the new behavior of DaCe version 2.0.0a10. The DaCe PR spcl/dace#2602 gives highest priority to the configuration set inside the application code (
dace.Config.set()), which overrides whatever is set through the DaCe environment variables.Introduced the
KEEP_DACE_BUILD_FILESflag ingt4py/next/config.py, controlled by theGT4PY_KEEP_DACE_BUILD_FILESenvironment variable, to determine if DaCe build files are retained after compilation.Updated
