feat: generate koh docs

Description

This PR adds a GitHub action to generate the docs for Koh, following the same logic that rules the Inso CLI docs generation.

Since Koh isn't tied to Insomnia's versioning, it needs to be added to the repo as a separate product.

The docs in this PR have been generated using the GitHub Action.
