[PRMP-1222] add odsCode as parameter to cypress smokeLogin

Description

This change overrides the use of github secret for CYPRESS_ODSCODE - we no longer need that
The requirement is now to be able to use particular ODS codes for cypress smoke tests.
This ticket parametrises the variable and sets the default to the ODS code that used to be in the github secret.
