Now documents: - Memory pipeline (embed, search, recall, benchmark, extraction, decay) - Git security pre-commit hooks - Agent chat channel plugin reference - Prerequisites and dependency table - Table of contents with section links Keeps existing ARCHITECTURE.md for the detailed memory pipeline design.
