WatchesIos: the hot file seed reports a failed mkdir or copy instead of swallowing it, from the nit on Seed the Vite hot file into the simulator container on watch start #391.AppUpdateManager: the NFC comment now says the normalisation is retained but inert, which is what the probe in Decode zip entry names as UTF-8 when extracting the app bundle #392 showed.
