iOS accessoryPicker not appearing in UIScene apps #14

iOS accessoryPicker is not appearing in UIScene apps.

Accessory picker doesn't work with UIScene and it was broken for many iOS versions (iOS 13 to iOS 18). It was fixed in iOS 26.5 from what I read.

iOS recently mandated UIScene and apps that don't use it, won't work with iOS 27.

Note that as of Flutter 3.41, UIScene support is added by default. The Flutter CLI automatically migrates your app if your AppDelegate hasn't been customized.

I would be nice to a have a PoC with native code before attempting to fix this.
