Change default addresses to 0x0 as the platform will set the correct address. This way it forces the platform to properly initialize the device or hit failures.
Updated test addresses to use the ARM_VIRT addresses for validation.
We will remove the platform folder and content since the secure partitions platform information is in separate repo.
