DNS helper role

As part of the deployment, it might happen that the management interfaces become bridge uplinks. These management interfaces then become unmanaged by the OS network renderer. That interface configuration might carry critical network configuration items, such as DNS configuration.

This role purpose is to keep DNS configuration independent of NIC operations. See discussion for OVS use case.

@dann1 Hi, would you accept here if we deployed local recursor like unbound or pdnsd and then takeover all dns configuration that way? (VR for example deploys unbound). That would give us extra control I think + it would be identical on every platform. 🤔
