…fixes #229) The TeamsTokenHelper in auth_teams.rb referenced MicrosoftTeams::Helpers::TokenCache which was removed. Switched to TokenManager.save_token. Bumped version to 1.9.43 and updated CHANGELOG.
fix(api): replace deleted TokenCache with TokenManager for Teams auth (fixes #229)
Modularity-first framing: layer table with explicit gemspec-declared dependencies, legion-llm as the flagship section with claim-to-code links and production curation numbers, the cognitive layer labeled experimental, a verify-the-claims-yourself section with reproducible one-liners, and an honest project-status section. Gemspec description now matches this story instead of the legacy task-scheduler blurb.
Rewrite README around verified claims; update gemspec description
States plainly that the 2026 rebuild was AI-assisted with LegionIO routing its own build traffic — the published metrics are that workload. Pre-answers the "burst, not a track record" reading.
