Feedback: navegador em loading muito tempo em várias telas.
Diagnóstico: cold start do Worker (OpenNext) medido em 5-8s até o primeiro byte; quente fica em 0,15-1,3s. Com pouco tráfego, os isolates esfriam toda hora.
Este PR adiciona um GitHub Action pingando produção a cada 10min (mitigação). A cura definitiva é reduzir o bundle do servidor — fica pra depois.
