Technically this existed in 2.7 already, inherited from User, but imo it's new enough functionality to justify that

Summary
Members are able to have guild-specific nameplates and avatar decorations, this wasn't yet reflected in Pycord, this PR adds that. Previously,
Member.nameplatedirected toUser.nameplate, same for avatar decorationsUPDATE: Discord doesn't include Member collectibles on the API, only avatar decorations, thus the scope change to only avatar decorations
