Read Excel formula cells as their evaluated results at runtime - #174

Compile-time inference evaluated formulas, but the runtime iterator used Cell.toString, which returns the formula text - so =A2*2 was typed Int and then failed to decode "A2*2". Formula headers had the same problem. Add ExcelCells, used by both sides: a formula cell renders its evaluated result (falling back to Excel's cached result if POI cannot evaluate it) exactly as toString renders a plain cell holding that value, and inference classifies that same result. This also replaces the temporary cell the macro created in the shared, cached workbook, which dropped the cell style and so typed date-formatted formulas as numbers.
