Context
Live Gateway closes the 2FA dialog after TOTP submission, but IBC exits around 60 seconds later before login/API readiness completes. IBC documents SecondFactorAuthenticationExitInterval as the post-2FA acknowledgement wait before shutdown, so this gives live more time to complete.
