- add browser-first MCP auth/onboarding primitives
- add local session storage and loopback callback flow
- add nova3d_login, nova3d_status, nova3d_logout
- gate generate_3d on /mcp/status
- preserve existing v2 generation/edit behavior
- update docs from API-key-first to sign-in-first
- tests now passing: 64 passed
