Summary

The original PHPUnit 13 branch required its documented configuration migration. The checkout v7 branch itself was valid; its Rector failure came from the stale base configuration, which this consolidated branch already fixes.
Validation
GitHub Actions run #65 passed all jobs, including lowest/latest dependency installs, PHPUnit, Rector, and PHPStan on PHP 8.4 and 8.5.
