Prepare v0.4.0 with classic webhook scope evidence, the documented marketplace write-to-read implication and GraphQL.js 17.0.2. The changelog records the Node.js 22 CLI floor as a breaking change.
Local Node.js 22.23.3 and 24.22.0 runs passed with 102/102 tests each, 95.38% statement/line coverage, 84% branch coverage and 100% function coverage. Lint, typecheck, full audit, packed CLI and standalone Action smoke tests passed. Hosted Node.js 20/22/24 validation, macOS/Windows checks, CodeQL, Dependency Review and Snyk passed. Tag v0.4.0 and npm package 0.4.0 with provenance are published, and the GitHub Release is live.
