Adds brimdeck, a Dynamic Island for Windows 11 (x64). Apache-2.0, English and Simplified Chinese UI.
Updated to 1.2.2, which is the first stable release with a portable zip (upstream added it in MoFeng2223/BrimDeck#97, as @aliesbelik suggested). The manifest now packages the portable build instead of the Inno Setup installer.
BrimDeck-1.2.2-Portable-x64.zip, one BrimDeck/ root folder, so extract_dir is BrimDeck. SHA256SUMS.txt in the release is the hash source and it is picked up by autoupdate.hash in extract mode ($sha256\s+BrimDeck-$version-Portable-x64\.zip); the archive is also byte-identical to the release API digest and to a local download.
checkver: github: upstream also publishes alpha/beta prereleases, but /releases/latest skips them, so only stable versions are tracked. This needed a custom checkver only while the portable asset existed solely in a prerelease; it no longer does.
Settings, themes and API keys live in %LOCALAPPDATA%\BrimDeck, so there is nothing to persist and the data survives scoop update.
The portable build can update itself in place, which would replace the files in the Scoop-managed folder, so notes tells the user to turn off Check for updates automatically and use scoop update brimdeck instead. (The app only does this when a BrimDeck.portable file is present, which the zip ships and the installer does not, so the two builds do not get confused.)
Verified locally: checkver -Force extracts the same hash that is in the manifest, and a clean scoop install from a sandbox root prints Checking hash ... OK. → Extracting ... Done. → Creating shortcut for BrimDeck → installed successfully, with BrimDeck.exe reporting ProductVersion 1.2.2.

Walkthrough
Adds a Scoop manifest for BrimDeck 1.2.2. It specifies the portable x64 release, its SHA-256 checksum, the install directory, and a shortcut. It configures GitHub version checking and checksum extraction from SHA256SUMS.txt. Notes describe retained user data and warn that the app’s in-place updater can replace Scoop-managed files.
The manifest appears ready to merge after normal checks: it targets 64-bit Windows, installs the portable executable, and tracks stable releases.

Explanation
The title "brimdeck: Add version 1.2.2" follows the conventional <manifest-name[@version]>: <summary> format. It names the manifest and the version. The changeset adds the brimdeck manifest at version 1.2.2, so the title matches the main change.

Explanation
The description follows the template. It has a linked issue (Closes #19164) and a summary of the manifest. It explains the portable ZIP choice, the checkver setup, persistence, and local verification. The template's checkboxes are not visible in the description. The author does not confirm the conventional title check or the Contributing Guide check. These are minor gaps.
Full details: Linked Issues check
Explanation
The PR adds bucket/brimdeck.json at version 1.2.2 (head c2c86b9). [#19164] The issue asks for a Scoop manifest for BrimDeck, an x64 Windows 11 app. The manifest meets these coding criteria:
Architecture scope: the download url and hash sit under architecture.64bit only, so the manifest offers no 32-bit package.
Stable tracking: checkver: github follows the latest stable release.
Update automation: autoupdate.architecture.64bit uses a $version URL and extracts the hash from $baseurl/SHA256SUMS.txt with a matching regex.
Install layout: extract_dir is BrimDeck and shortcuts points to BrimDeck.exe.
No install or uninstall scripts are used.
Metadata: license is Apache-2.0. The notes state that data is kept in %LOCALAPPDATA%\BrimDeck, so no persist entry is needed.
The issue text cites the 1.2.1 Inno Setup installer. The PR changes the package to the 1.2.2 portable ZIP. The PR description states this change is intentional, and the portable build still meets the version-specific, x64, and standard-install criteria. The author-reported checkver and sandbox install results cannot be re-run here. They do not change the static verdict.
Full details: Out of Scope Changes check
Explanation
The whole-PR diff against the merge base adds one file, bucket/brimdeck.json (+36 lines). It contains no unrelated product, repository, or tooling changes. Every field maps to the BrimDeck packaging objective in [#19164]. The move of url and hash under architecture.64bit in the latest change restricts the package to x64. That restriction is part of the same objective and is not an unrelated change.

The portable build is out: BrimDeck 1.2.2 ships BrimDeck-1.2.2-Portable-x64.zip (upstream PR MoFeng2223/BrimDeck#97), so I updated the manifest to package that instead of the installer.
extract_dir: BrimDeck (single root folder in the zip), hash extracted from the release's SHA256SUMS.txt.
checkver: github still works — 1.2.2 is a stable release, so /releases/latest finds the portable asset.
notes says to turn off the in-app auto-update (the portable copy replaces its own files) and use scoop update brimdeck; settings and API keys stay in %LOCALAPPDATA%\BrimDeck, nothing to persist.
Verified with a sandbox scoop install (hash OK, extract OK, shortcut created, exe reports 1.2.2) and checkver -Force re-extracting the same hash. Thanks for waiting on this.

Good catch, fixed in c2c86b9: url/hash moved under architecture.64bit and the update URL under autoupdate.architecture.64bit, so Scoop no longer offers the x64 build on 32-bit Windows. Re-ran checkver -Force (same hash extracted, manifest byte-identical) and a sandbox scoop install -a 64bit (hash OK, extract OK, shortcut created).
