…story - Extend useToast to accumulate a persistent notification list (capped at 50) - Persist notifications to sessionStorage so refresh doesn't clear mid-session - NotificationCenter: bell icon with unread badge in WalletBar - Clicking bell opens panel listing all session notifications - Each notification: type icon, message, timestamp, optional explorer link - Toasts auto-dismiss after 5s; notifications persist in panel - Clear all button, mark-all-read on panel open - Long messages truncate with expand/collapse - Overflow (>50): oldest replaced with sentinel message Closes SiLioLabs#672
