This PR is the follow up work to milestone3m - New design for the profile-pane. Ticket SolidOS/solidos#275

Testing

Login in as owner

• Should be able to edit all personal details
• Check all dialogs and make sure they look right.
• Check both mobile and desktop, also in between
• Check camera, should be able to take a photo, retake a photo, use the photo and have it appear in the image box.
• When you close the heading should not close
• All dialogs should have a spinner when saving
• Check empty dialog styling on mobile and desktop
• Check each section that when you add/delete/change data that the page refreshes inline with new data and doesn’t make you log in again.

Login in as ‘authenticated’ Logged in user viewing someone else's profile

• Should be able to add as contact and add as friend
• When you have a contact that is in your address book with name only (no webid) need to be able to add just the webID. Check the flow, plus check that the webID was added.
• Check add to contact dialog, make sure everything looks nice

Not logged in

• Shouldn’t be able to do anything besides view profile
• Check mobile and desktop and in between

Data checks

• When logged in as an owner, I should be able to add skills by selecting from a drop down or by entering one that is not in the drop down.
• When entering a company in my resume I should be able to pick from a drop down or enter my own.
• When adding languages I should be able to reorder them.
• When adding my social Accounts I should be able to reorder them
• When adding my projects/communities I should be able to paste one in or enter my own and hit return
• Check add/delete/change data

  • Skills. (Should be able to click x to delete on page)
