also thx for this work, but this wont be merged bcs. it was always planed that the userpanel is at the bottom and not at the top (it was also always at the preview screenshots) dont get me wrong, i still love you work/support to the theme |

I got used to the old UI and I imagine some other people did as well. This provides an option to bring it back while keeping the new one default.
This does not include the changes in #181 so will have to be updated after that one is merged.
