The repository moved from yichuan-w/LEANN to StarTrail-org/LEANN. Update the remaining references, including the PyPI project URLs in packages/leann/pyproject.toml and the README star history chart, which no longer renders under the old path. Submodule URLs are left unchanged since those repositories did not move. Fixes StarTrail-org#417

What does this PR do?
The repo moved from yichuan-w/LEANN to StarTrail-org/LEANN. This updates the remaining references in 17 files, including:
packages/leann/pyproject.toml, which is what PyPI shows as Repository and Issuesllms.txtThe submodule URLs (yichuan-w/DiskANN, faiss, astchunk-leann) are unchanged since those repos did not move.
Every rewritten URL returns 200.
