Update Docky to 1.4.15

Bug fixes and a frontend cleanup. Covers 1.4.14 and 1.4.15.

• Copy, move and write tasks no longer leave root-owned folders in your home directory when they create a missing folder.
• Switching audio to headphones now reports an error when nothing is plugged in, instead of saying it worked.
• The Stop Sunshine task now stays stopped. Before, the watchdog started Sunshine again about a second later.
• Split the long frontend files into one file per settings tab and panel section, as Tormak suggested on Add Docky plugin #1102. No change to how it looks or works.

Tested on an OLED, SteamOS 3.8.28 Stable, Decky 3.3.0.
