What was done:
Added a Dockerfile to containerize the FastAPI application.
Updated the Uvicorn run command to correctly point to the app directory.
Added a DOCKER_SETUP.md file with instructions for the team.
Testing:
Successfully built the image locally.
Verified the container runs and the Swagger UI is accessible on port 8000.
