renv.lock gained SATS 1.0.10, plus glmnet 4.1-8 and shape 1.4.6 which it needs and which were absent. SATS is on CRAN, so these are ordinary Repository entries and the Dockerfile needs no change — renv::restore() picks them up.
scripts/main.R gained -g/--genomic-info and -c/--clinical, wired only to run_sats
Added SBS7c and 7d
