GUI-based Xnat tools. Few things though:

  • Any of the tools can be launched through the command line, but the base tool that launches all the others is DaxGUI.py
  • The tools could potentially timeout given large operations (IE - XnatDownload wanting to download a whole project)
  • Windows potentially pop-up BEHIND other windows (IE - from DaxGUI.py, you click Xnat Upload and the upload window is behind the DaxGUI window) - same with directory/file popups

I'm still working on this, but wanted to get it into the repo.
