Overview
This PR repoints the VirtoCommerce.Catalog module for QA/pre-release builds: it is added to the AzureBlob source as VirtoCommerce.Catalog_3.1042.0.zip and removed from the GithubReleases list (which previously pinned 3.1041.0).

That shift means catalog is pulled from the prerelease storage account instead of the standard GitHub module manifest version—typical for an automated catalog module bump in a core QA environment.
