Overview
Updates theme/artifact.json so cloud theme deployment pulls a new prerelease package (vc-theme-b2b-vue-2.57.0-pr-2441-…) instead of the previous PR 2396 zip.

This is an automated pin for VCST QA (per the linked vc-frontend PR 2441). Pushes on vcst-* that touch theme/** still drive deploy-theme.yml, which reads .URL and sets the store theme parameter in the cloud environment.
