This workflow is essentially a replica of the build script, but without uploading assets or publishing.
We've been doing a few broken releases recently. The most recent release also turned out to be broken because of electron/electron#51678. This will prevent further broken releases by running this workflow to test all build targets after any major updates or refactoring.
This workflow can only be triggered manually and can be run only when needed.
