Adds HandheldHQ to Performance — a database of per-game Steam Deck settings compiled and cross-checked across multiple guides (each value shows how many sources corroborate it), with tested FPS and battery figures. Fits alongside ShareDeck as a settings resource. Link is live and passes the checker.
