Adds 5dive under For Developers, alphabetically after 1Password SSH Agent.

Disclosure: I'm the author. CONTRIBUTING says self-promotion is okay, but flagging it plainly rather than leaving you to work it out.

Against the three rules in CONTRIBUTING.md:

• CLI app — it's a single bash CLI (5dive); the repo is MIT and installs with one command.
• Self-promotion — disclosed above.
• 50-star minimum — 5dive-ai/5dive is at 50 stars as of opening this. That's exactly the floor, so if it reads under 50 when you get to it, close this and I won't re-open until it clears with margin.
