Moved OLD testnet tokens to Disabled Tokens section. Updated DOH tokenID for new testnet

Updated the testnet tokenlist, moving the OLD testnet tokens to a disabled sections (for reference as they will not work on the new testnet). This allows new tokens to be created on testnet without giving validation errors when PR. I sent this PR and its ready to be merged. |
