Removes last remaining references to Python 3.10, also updates documentation and website info to reflect the current status of Python version support. The vast majority of the diff is composed of deleted container artifacts.

📋 Review Summary

This PR cleanly removes the remaining Python 3.10 build configurations, container requirements, test suites, and workflow references while updating documentation and website version compatibility matrices to reflect Python 3.11–3.14 support.

🔍 General Feedback

  • The changes across Gradle build scripts, GitHub Actions workflows, setup.py, Dockerfiles, and documentation are consistent and well-aligned with the removal of Python 3.10 support after Beam 2.77.0.

We have to cherry-pick this change to setup.py to the release that drops Python 3.10 support.

That's fine, AFAIK we were going to need an RC2 with some cherrypicks for iceberg work anyway
