FYI: build fails because it seems to be impossible to get the docker socket from inside a docker container on Jenkins. I opened an INFRA ticket on JIRA for this: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-19523 |

This follows the setup done by Apache Syncope. Theoretically, it should use the credentials stored in Apache Jenkins, so it can be pushed to Docker hub / Apache / Brooklyn automatically when `mvn deploy` is executed

With this, the Brooklyn docker image should be built automatically, and pushed to Docker hub / Apache / Brooklyn automatically when
mvn deployis executed (i.e. on everymasterbuild)
