Camel 4.9 - Global data format configurations

Camel 4.9 now includes global data format configuration in the yaml DSL (similar to beans).

There is a new top level

- dataFormats

which is an array of DataFormatDefinition that are the same as in the DSL when using marshal and unmarshal.
