Replaces the demo minio chart with a rustfs chart.

• charts/minio -> charts/rustfs; image ghcr.io/appscode-images/rustfs:1.0.0 (mirror of docker.io/rustfs/rustfs:1.0.0), uid/gid 10001
• Env: RUSTFS_ACCESS_KEY/RUSTFS_SECRET_KEY from the existing Secret (AWS_* keys unchanged), data at /data, TLS certs at /opt/tls/rustfs_{cert,key}.pem via RUSTFS_TLS_PATH
• Keeps pre-creating backupbucket (top-level dir in the data volume = bucket, same as MinIO)
• Adds liveness (/health) and readiness (/health/ready) probes
• Values key minio: -> rustfs:; ingress host minio.<domain> -> rustfs.<domain>
• Go API: Minio* -> Rustfs*; CertificateIssuerRef moved to rustfs.go
• Catalog updated; s3proxy chart's leftover MinIO wording fixed

Before merge: push the ghcr.io/appscode-images/rustfs:1.0.0 mirror (image-arch check will fail until then). TLS mount and backupbucket not yet verified on a cluster.
