FYI i think increasing this will make a better map (both real and sim) as i get sync timing issues when walking the robot around.
but not testsed

Updated the nav2 and rtab params (and mild changes to the lidar sensor) to match what is in the lite3-demo repo (i.e running on the real robot)
Soemthings were introduced in humble that foxy doesnt have, like MPPI, I've kept those in a seperate file in case we want to use them again in future /upgrade the robot
