Summary

Reorganizes the Base Chain docs information architecture and audits the restructure for content loss against the previously published pages.

Navigation changes

  • Introduction — replaces the old "Quickstart" group with a single overview entry
  • Core Concepts — transaction ordering, transaction finality, throughput and limits, network fees, bridging and withdrawals
  • Network Reference — connecting to Base, node providers, base contracts, Bridges (Solana + ecosystem), faucets, Flashblocks Reference, troubleshooting, configuration changelog
  • deploy-on-base moved into the Apps quickstart
  • Redirects added for every removed/moved path

Content consolidation

  • Flashblocks FAQ → "Flashblocks Reference" — added Key concepts, Architecture (HA sequencer + Flashblocks infrastructure components, with Flashbots attribution), and Further reading (deep-dive blog + collaboration credit)
  • Build-an-app guide — added a focused Flashblocks section (Wagmi baseSepoliaPreconf swap)
  • Removed Transaction lifecycle content from flashblocks docs, Ethereum-diffs / why-base

Reorganize the Base Chain docs information architecture and audit the
restructure for content loss against the previously published pages.

Navigation:
- Replace "Quickstart" with a single "Introduction" (overview) entry
- Add "Core Concepts" (transaction ordering, finality, throughput and
  limits, network fees, bridging and withdrawals)
- Add "Network Reference" (connecting, node providers, contracts,
  bridges, faucets, Flashblocks Reference, troubleshooting, changelog)
- Move deploy-on-base into the Apps quickstart
- Add redirects for every removed/moved path

Content consolidation and recovery:
- Restore the Configuration Changelog (full Mainnet + Sepolia history),
  re-add it to nav, and restore the network-fees cross-link
- Rename the Flashblocks FAQ to "Flashblocks Reference" and add key
  concepts, architecture (sequencer + Flashblocks components), and
  further reading (deep dive + Flashbots credit)
- Add a focused Flashblocks section to the build-an-app guide
- Add Flashblock performance metrics to throughput-and-limits

Accuracy:
- Update block capacity to current values: full block ~400M gas
  (was 140M) and first Flashblock ~40M (was 14M)
- Reframe Flashblock-1 gas guidance: the per-transaction gas maximum
  (~16.7M) is below Flashblock 1's ~40M capacity, so any valid
  transaction fits in the first Flashblock

Regenerate llms.txt and llms-full.txt.

I'd probably remove the "upcoming" section, at least until we have something substantive to put there — like 200ms native blocks.

The "Base Chain Data" link for snapshot size should be removed — it's an unofficial resource. We should either use this PR to refactor the snapshots page (remove the snapshots table and point to the official snapshot dashboard instead: https://snapshots.base.org), or defer to a future PR. Either way we should start building SEO for the official subdomain.

The hardfork history table should include Beryl for both Mainnet and Sepolia.

The Flashblocks API methods (eth_simulateV1, base_transactionStatus, newFlashblockTransactions, pendingLogs, newFlashblocks) should be alphabetized to make it easier to locate specific methods.
