I have tested locally It is updating all the table with status and systems comments.
I write testcase for it and run the testcase, All test cases 291 passes as of now.
Note:- Right now I can't decrypted the directly downloaded file from cra, so I Added a response file is storage/inbound/{destinationId}/fileName, to process the records.
