- Logged out: grey marketing box unchanged; "Start validating →" now links directly to /login instead of /dashboard
- Logged in: upload form (Dz + stepper) shown directly on / so returning users can validate immediately; logo links to /dashboard
- Cleaned up dead {false && ...} blocks and the @todo redirect comment from PR Landing page #280
