Bump Docusaurus 3.2.0 -> 3.10.1 (all @docusaurus/* packages aligned), React 18 -> 19, @algolia/client-search 4 -> 5, TypeScript 5 -> 6, and remaining minor deps to latest. - Add ignoreDeprecations '6.0' for baseUrl (deprecated in TS 6) - Use React.JSX.Element (global JSX namespace removed in React 19 types) - Migrate onBrokenMarkdownLinks into markdown.hooks (Docusaurus v4 prep) Verified: yarn install --frozen-lockfile, tsc typecheck, and yarn build all pass.

Summary
Updates all packages to their latest versions. The dependencies had drifted significantly behind (Docusaurus was pinned at 3.2.0; latest is 3.10.1).
