Release summary

Prepare Bug Hunter v3.2.0 as the public release for the measurable precision-first protocol now merged into main.

Public documentation

  • refresh README onboarding so npm is the primary install path
  • document the benchmark quality gate and the shipped regression metrics
  • explain adaptive fast, balanced, and assurance profiles
  • document hybrid verification, exact evidence caching, and hypothesis-driven retrieval
  • surface permanent Node.js 22/24 CI quality gates
  • document bundled security workflows, dependency scanning, safe remediation, canonical artifacts, supported agents, and development verification

Version

  • bump package version from 3.1.1 to 3.2.0

Release intent

After this PR is green and merged, v3.2.0 should be published as the normal GitHub release from the exact main commit. The existing release workflow will then verify tag/package/main provenance, run tests again, and publish @codexstar/bug-hunter to npm using trusted publishing.
