Updates the dbc docs so they're in sync with what's being released as dbc 0.2.0.

  1. Updates hardcoded examples of dbc search to match latest output, verbatim. Note that the formatting shift is because of fix(search): improve output for non-verbose #248
  2. Adds notes in those areas about what the [private] label is, linking to our new Private Drivers Guide
  3. Adds the oracle and teradata drivers to the 1-2-3 section in the docs index
  4. Bonus: Fixes a minor discrepancy in the CLI help text for dbc search

Note, don't merge this until 0.2.0 is released.

!!! note

The drivers listed above with the `[private]` label require a license to use. See [./private_drivers.md](Private Drivers) to learn how to use these drivers.

Should've mentioned it but this PR stacks on #263. Good catch.
