Adds the p4307-p4345-trunk target to the gcc and clang nightly lists, installing Steve Downey's backticks-and-uniops builds (P4307 infix backtick operator and keyword escape, P4345 Unicode mathematical operators). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Until the first daily build lands,ce_install listreports "Unable to find nightlies" for them and skips them, as expected.Part of adding two nightly experimental compilers built from Steve Downey's
