Upgrade cross-platform-actions/action from v0.32.0 to v1 in the BSD CI jobs.
Why
v0.32 is outdated. v1 is the current stable major release with improved VM performance and better error reporting. This matches what we've done on other projects (IO-Tty).
Testing
CI will validate this on the PR itself — the BSD jobs (FreeBSD, OpenBSD, NetBSD) will run with the v1 action.
